Hello readers and welcome to my monthly article. I hope you are all enjoying spring – hopefully the weather improves from how it is as I write this! Each month I review a beauty product or a place to go. This month, as a big WWE fan, I am going to be reviewing WWE Live. I went recently to watch the WWE Live Revenge tour at Leeds First Direct Arena. The company generally comes to Leeds twice a year, and will return again on the 6th November , tickets for this are on sale now (from 6th May). But for now back to this tour, it was just after the massive Wrestlemania event, lots of the match ups were with the same wrestlers as they were “getting revenge”. There were many brilliant match ups – one of my favourites was Kalisto against Ryback as it was a very well put together match. Another match I really enjoyed was the 4 on 4 women match as I love watching the female wrestlers. As a fan of the TV show Total Divas which is a documentary following the female stars of WWE, I really enjoyed seeing all my favourites from it in a match. The 8 stars were Paige (who I interviewed last year in December’s issue), Natalya, Alicia fox, Summer Rae, Eva Marie, Lana, Naomi and Tamina Snuka.
The atmosphere on the night was amazing, with exciting entrances and the ring was also very easy to see from all angles. The crowd involvement was great – for example the wrestlers were pointing out members of the crowd and high-fiving or even taking pictures with some members of the audience. This made it even more exciting for the avid fans who were seated ringside.
Overall the event was really good and I will definitely go again in November!
